Application method of heat treatment processing precision complex wallboard mould

In the heat treatment processing of gusset plate mold, there are many precision and complex mold, so it is necessary for the processor to have the correct method.

1. Reasonable material selection. The micro deformation abrasive steel with good quality should be selected for the die with complex density. The abrasive tool steel with serious carbide segregation should be forged and quenched and tempered, and the abrasive steel with large or no forging should be treated with solid solution double refining heat treatment.

2. The design of the die should be reasonable and symmetrical in shape. The deformation law should be well mastered for the larger mold, and the machining allowance should be reserved. The combined structure can be used for large and complex dies.

3. The mould should be heat treated in advance.

4. Reasonable selection of heating temperature and control temperature, slow heating, preheating and other balanced heating methods can be adopted to reduce the deformation of die heat treatment.

5. If conditions permit, vacuum heating quenching and cryogenic treatment after quenching should be adopted as far as possible.

In addition, correct heat treatment process operation and reasonable tempering heat treatment process are also limited measures to reduce the deformation of precision and complex die.
